THESE SESSIONS ARE APPOINTMENT BASED, AND CLIENTS MUST SCHEDULE AHEAD OF TIME TO COMPLETE. YOU CAN EXPECT THESE SESSIONS TO EITHER BE 1:1 OR IN SMALLER GROUPS OF 2-3 OTHER INDIVIDUALS.
